The Borough of Test Valley lies on the Western side of Hampshire and covers 245 square miles. It has a population of around 100,000, located in around 43,000 dwellings. Around half of these are located in the two main towns of Romsey and Andover, with the remainder spread throughout this predominantly rural district. The Council does not own any of its own housing stock.
